摘要
本研究探讨了受污染缢蛏在海水理化特性:水温:22℃,pH:7.9,盐度:31.2 ppt,溶解氧:7.02 mg/L,颜色及透明度:无色透明;实验室室温:25℃,湿度:65%的条件下充气放养几天才能使大肠埃希氏菌完全净化。试验结果表明该缢蛏样品经过海水的暂养和净化,可以降低其大肠埃希氏菌和菌落总数的数量,而且暂养的时间越长,样品中大肠埃希氏菌和菌落总数的数量越少。
The contaminated Sinonovacula constricta physicochemical properties in the sea water conditions of temperature 22 ℃, pH 7.9, salinity, dissolved oxygen PPT: 31.2; DO: 7.02 mg/L, color and transparency , transparent, laboratory room temperature 25 ℃, humidity 65%was explored.Under the conditions of air free for several days, E.coli and Salmonella were made completely clean.The experimental results showed that the razor clam samples after seawater foster and purification , can reduce the amount of the Escherichia coli and the total number of colonies , and foster longer , the number of samples in Escherichia coli and the total number of colonies less.
