Study on the Tracing Method of Transporting Bitumen Pipeline in Petrochemical Enterprise

蒸汽伴热是石化企业中应用较为广泛的一种伴热方式。由于工艺管道操作条件复杂,因此管道的伴热方式也有多种选择。通过对石化企业输送沥青管道蒸汽夹套管和外伴热管+导热胶泥两种伴热方式的比较,得出:外伴热管+导热胶泥的伴热方式投资小,热利用率高,施工简单,可以在输送沥青管道上广泛应用。

Steam tracing was more widely applied in petrochemical enterprise as a way of tracing.Because of the complexity of the process pipeline operating conditions , there were many choices for the pipeline tracing methods.Comparing the two tracing methods of steam jacketed pipe and external tracing and heat conducting grout for transporting bitumen pipeline in petrochemical enterprise , concluded：the tracing method of external tracing and heat conducting grout with economic , high thermal efficiency , simple construction features , and can be widely used in the transporting bitumen pipeline.
