高职校内职业环境的构建对学生职业素养养成的研究

On the construction of Vocational environment to cultivate vocational Quality in Higher Vocational Colleges

通过分析职业环境对职业道德、职业意识、职业行为和职业技能的影响作用,阐述职业环境与职业素养的关系;以校企合作为核心,探索高职校内职业环境的构建,从实训基地、社团活动和技能竞赛等三个方面分析了促进校园文化与职业文化融合对学生职业素养养成的作用。

Through the effect analysis of vocational environment to professional ethics , consciousness , action and skill , the relation of vocational quality on vocational environment was introduced .The construction of vocational environment based on school-enterprise cooperation in higher vocational colleges was explored.From the three sides of practical training base , community activities and skill competitions , the effect of school -enterprise cultural integration was analyzed.
