对世界石油和石化行业发展前景进行了分析,对中国的石油和石化工程企业走国际化道路所面临的机遇、困难和问题进行了探讨,从实施战略转型、塑造核心竞争力、利用国际规则、成立战略联盟、把握政策、建立现代企业制度等方面提出了相应对策与建议,对石油石化及其他行业工程承包企业的国际化发展具有借鉴意义。

The opportunities and challenges facing China＇s engineering companies in the petroleum and petrochemical industry during their globalization were explored based on the development outlook of the world＇s petroleum and petrochemical industry.Countermeasures and recommendations were also proposed from the perspectives of implementing strategic transformation , forging core competitiveness , applying international rules , establishing strategic alliance , understanding policy and setting up modern corporate governance structure , which can be helpful for the engineering companies engaged in the petrochemical industry or other field for their ‘go global’ initiative.
