项目进度检测体系在项目管理中起着不可替代的作用。通过项目进度检测体系的应用,完成项目综合控制,降低项目风险。工作分解结构是项目进度检测体系的基础,对项目进度检测有着巨大影响,项目进度检测体系的策划离不开工作分解结构的策划,策划者同时也要考虑工作流程的影响。项目管理的关键是提高项目控制水平,这将有助于在EPC项目中提高项目的控制水平。
Project progress survey system played an irreplaceable role in project management.Project can achieve integrated project control as well as in project risk reduction , by the usage of project progress survey system.Work breakdown structure was the basis of project progress survey system and had a strong impact on project progress survey , planning of project progress survey system was dependent on planning of work breakdown structure , planner also needed to give consideration to the influence of routine of work.Key of project ministration was to enhance project control level , which would help to improve the project control in EPC project.
