BT模式已经成为园林上市企业的主要经营模式之一,深刻影响着园林行业的竞争格局。文章通过回顾BT模式在园林建设中应用和发展的历程,全面分析园林BT项目存在的风险,并从项目选择和合同管理两个方面提出应对风险的措施。
BT model has become one of the main business mode of landscape listed company.It affects the landscape industry competition pattern deeply. The paper reviews the application and development process of BT mode in landscape construction, comprehensively analyses the risk of BT landscape project, and puts forward the risk countermeasures from two aspects of project selection and contract management.
