摘要
加快医疗卫生资源整合,实现优质资源的合理布局,构建区域性医疗卫生中心,是有效缓解群众"看病难、住院难"的重要举措之一。文章结合阜阳市情况,阐述了构建区域性医疗卫生中心的必要性,总结了当地医疗卫生事业发展的现状,分析了构建区域性医疗卫生中心面临的突出问题,并提出有效的实施途径措施、发展思路和对策建议。
Accelerating the integration of medical and health resources,achieving the rational distribution of high quality resources,and setting up regional medical centers are important measures to effectively solve the problems including＂difficult to see a doctor,difficult in hospitalization＂.In this study,we explained the necessity of constructing regional medical centers,summarized the development of the local medical and health service,analyzed the problems in constructing regional medical centers,and put forward effective strategies,ideas,and suggestions in implementation.
