高锰酸钾除锰方法在水厂生产中的运用 被引量:4

摘要 试验考察了高锰酸钾除锰方法的投加点及投加量。结果表明,高锰酸钾在絮凝剂聚合氯化铝之前投加效果较好,当原水锰含量在0.16-0.24 mg/L时,高锰酸钾最佳投加量为0.40mg/L。在不改变工艺参数的条件下将该方法用于生产,3个月的运行结果表明,根据原水锰含量适量投加高锰酸钾,可以达到较好的除锰效果。 The dosing location and dosage of potassium permanganate for Mn removal were investigated here. The results indicated that the dosing effect was better when the potassium permanganate was dosed before flocculant of polyaluminum chloride( PAC) was dosed. The optimal dosage of potassium permanganate was 0. 40 mg /L when Mn contents were from 0. 16 to 0. 24 mg /L in raw water.This method was adopted in production without varying parameters of the process. The operational results for three months indicated that it could have satisfied Mn removal effect when dosing potassium permanganate properly according to Mn contents in raw water.
