基于我国铁路基础设施建设贯彻国防要求现状,论证分析了"大部制"改革对铁路基础设施建设贯彻国防要求的影响,研究提出建立铁路建设贯彻国防要求的明确规划需求、制定铁路建设贯彻国防要求建设的技术标准、设立铁路贯彻国防要求专项资金、明确铁路建设贯彻国防要求的监督检查机制等对策措施。

Based on the situation of railway infrastructure construction meeting the defense requirements, the paper analyzes the influence of ＂giant department＂ reform on the former, puts forward clear demands, develops technical standards, sets up a special fund and determines the supervision and inspection mechanism.
