后勤装备领域开展RCMA的需求分析及方法

近年来,后勤装备建设实现了现代化、信息化快速发展,为提高部队作战能力发挥了重要的保障作用。但是,后勤装备也存在诸如自身维修保障能力不足等亟待解决的现实问题,其中,缺乏科学合理的以可靠性为中心的维修分析(RCMA)支撑便是造成这个问题的重要原因之一。鉴于此,在认真分析后勤装备特点基础上,详细剖析后勤装备领域开展RCMA的迫切需求,提出开展后勤装备RCMA的方法。

Recently, the construction of logistics equipment achieves rapid, modern and informationized development, which plays an important supporting role for improving unit ~s combat capability. However, there are also some practical problems to be solved, such as the lack of maintenance support capability. One of the important reasons is the lack of sci- entific and reasonable RCMA support. The paper analyzes the characteristics of logistics equipment and the urgent need for RCMA, and puts forward methods and countermeasures for RCMA on logistics equipment.
