清咽冲剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎咽肾相关证的临床研究

Clinical research on treating chronic glomerulonephritis related pharyngitis with the Qingyan granule

目的:观察自制清咽冲剂治疗慢性肾小球肾炎咽肾相关证的临床效果。方法:将190例患者随机分为治疗组100例,对照组90例,两组基础治疗相同,治疗组加服清咽冲剂。结果:治疗组显效率58.00%,总有效率81.00%,对照组总有效率66.67%,两组对比有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:清咽冲剂对慢性肾炎具有改善临床症状、降低蛋白尿及血尿、改善肾功能的良好作用。

Objective： To observe clinical efficacy of the Qingyan granule on chronic glomerulonephritis related pharyngitis. Methods：190 patients were randomly divided into 100 cases in the treatment group and 90 cases in the control group. The observation group was given conventional therapy plus the Qingyan granule. Another group was given conventional therapy. Results： The markedly efficacy was 58.00%and the total efficacy was 81.00%in the treatment group. The total efficacy was 66.67%in the control group. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Qingyan granule can improve clinical symptoms, reduce albuminuria and hematuresis, and improve renal function.
