针刀治疗颈性眩晕症临床观察

Clinical observation on treating cervical vertigo in knife acupuncture

目的：观察针刀治疗颈性眩晕症的效果。方法：将150例颈性眩晕症的门诊患者随机分为治疗组80例，对照组70例。治疗组根据体征和影像检查结果在病人颈项部、肩胛部确定2～3个治疗点做针刀治疗，每周1次，3次为1个疗程。对照组采用针刺结合颈椎牵引治疗，5次为1个疗程。结果：治疗组，治愈56例，占70%，显效21例，占26%，无效3例，占4%。对照组，治愈14例，占20%，显效37例，占53%，无效19例，占27%。与治疗组对比，差异显著（P〈0.01）。结论：针刀治疗颈性眩晕症相比传统针刺加牵引治疗疗效显著，治愈率高。

Objective： To observe clinical effects of knife acupuncture on cervical vertigo. Methods： 150 patients were randomly divided into two groups. Based on symptoms and imaging examination, the treatment group was given knife acupuncture at neck and scapular, once a week, 3 times for 1 course. The control group was given acupuncture plus cervical traction, 5 times for 1 course. Results：In the treatment group, 56 cases were cured, for 70%, markedly effective in 21, for 26%, invalid in 3, for 4%. In the control group, 14 cases were cured, for 20%; markedly effective in 37, for 53%; invalid in 19, for 27%. There was significantly difference （P〈0.01）. Conclusion： Compared with the traditional acupuncture, knife acupuncture shows remarkable effects and high curative rate.
