试论脾虚与鼻鼽的关系

The relationship between Pixu and Biqiu

变应性鼻炎属中医"鼻鼽"范畴。本病病位在肺,与脾胃等脏腑关系密切,通过临床实践和实验研究,我们提出了"鼻塞伤脾,脾虚致鼽,脾虚为鼻鼽之宿根"的新假说。并确立了培土生金、健脾益肺为治疗鼻鼽的基本大法。

Allergic Rhinitis is called Biqiu in TCM. The location in AR was in Fei, and AR was related with the Pi and Wei. We consider that recuperative medical care of the Pi is more important. Reinforcing earth to strengthen metal is the crucial significance for AR.
