摘要
目的:探讨我院自拟的中药煎剂胆管疏预防术后胆管结石复发的临床效果。方法:选取我院肝胆外科2010年8月-2011年12月期间收治的因肝内外结石行胆道探查术并获得随访一年的胆管结石患者共86例,随机分成两组,实验组在对照组的基础上加服中药煎剂胆管疏。结果:实验组术后胆管结石复发率显著低于对照组。结论:中药煎剂胆管疏的使用能有效预防术后胆管结石复发。
Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of the Danguan Shu decoction on postoperative recurrence of bile duct calculus. Methods：86 patients were randomly divided into two groups from Aug. 2010 to Dec. 2011. 46 patients in the treatment group were given choledochoscope examination plus the Danguan Shu decoction, and another group was given bile duct exploration with choledochoscope. Results： Postoperative recurrence rate in the treatment was lower than that in the control. Conclusion： The Danguan Shu decoction can effectively control postoperative recurrence of bile duct calculus.
