慢性萎缩性胃炎采用疏肝和胃汤治疗的临床体会

Clinical experience for treating chronic atrophic gastritis with the Shugan Hewei decoction

目的:探讨慢性萎缩性胃炎采用疏肝和胃汤治疗的临床效果。方法:收集我院近年来收治的慢性萎缩性胃炎患者76例,随机分为观察组与参考组,分别给予疏肝和胃汤及多潘立酮等西药治疗,比较两组患者治疗情况。结果:观察组临床治疗效果、症状积分改善情况均明显优于参考组(P<0.05)。结论:疏肝和胃汤治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎效果显著,有助于促进临床症状改善,改善预后。

Objective：To study clinical effects of the Shugan Hewei decoction on chronic atrophic gastritis. Methods：76 patients were randomly divided into the observation group, given the Shugan Hewei decoction, and the control group received Pan Li ketone. Status in two groups were compared. Results：Clinical curative effects and improvement of symptom score in the observation were significantly better than that in the control （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The Shugan Hewei decoction can improve clinical symptoms and the prognosis.
