中西医结合治疗急性附睾睾丸炎56例

Clinical efficacy on treating 56 cases of acute epididymo orchitis in the integrative medicine

目的:观察中西医结合治疗对急性附睾睾丸炎的疗效及与单用西药疗效对比。方法:将在我院住院治疗的118例急性附睾睾丸炎患者随机分为对照组62例和治疗组56例,对照组采用单纯使用头孢曲松(敏感抗生素)对症治疗,治疗组采用自拟中药消核止痛汤(橘核、海藻、昆布、川楝子、厚朴、延胡索、木香、小茴香、青皮、槟榔、干姜、甘草)口服同时给予头孢曲松及选择敏感抗生素对症治疗。结果:治疗组总治愈率85.71%,对照组67.74%;治疗组好转率12.5%,对照组27.42%,治疗组无效率1.79%,对照组4.84%。经统计学处理,差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗急性附睾睾丸炎,能明显提高治愈率、降低无效率,值得临床推广。

Objective：To evaluate clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute epididymo orchitis. Methods：118 patients were randomly divided into two groups. 62 cases in the control group were given the cefatriaxone, and another group was given Xiaohe Zhitong decoction （Juhe, Haizao, Kunbu, Chuanlianzi, Houpu, Yanhusuo, Muxiang, Xiaohuixiang, Qingpi, Binlang, Ganjiang, Gancao） and cefatriaxone plus antibiotic orally. Results： The total curative rate in the treatment was 85.71%, in the control it was 67.74%. The improvement rate in the treatment was 12.5%, another was 27.42%. The ineffective rate in treatment was 1.79%, another was 4.84%. The difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can obvious improve efficacy and decrease adverse reaction, and worthy of recommending.
