阿奇霉素结合中药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎56例观察

Clinical observation on treating pediatric mycoplasma pneumonia with azithromycin plus TCM medicine

目的:观察阿奇霉素结合中药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎的临床效果。方法:我院2010年8月-2012年8月收治的56例肺炎支原体肺炎患儿,临床将其随机分为对照组和治疗组,对照组28例给予阿奇霉素治疗,治疗组在阿奇霉素治疗的基础上给予中药治疗,对比两组患者的临床疗效。结果:对照组总有效率为82.1%,明显低于治疗组的92.9%,两组对比差异明显,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿奇霉素结合中药治疗小儿肺炎支原体肺炎效果确切,不良反应小,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of archie enzyme plus TCM medicine on pediatric MP pneumonia. Methods：56 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control was given azithromycin, the treatment was added TCM medicine. Clinical efficacy was compared in both. Results：The total efficacy in the control was 82.1%and 92.9%in the treatment, the total efficacy in the control was markedly lower than that in the treatment, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Archie enzyme plus TCM medicine were confirmed with good effects and fewer side effects, and were worthy of clinical promotion.
