少腹逐瘀汤联合熨烫疗法治疗原发性痛经32例

Treating 32 cases of primary dysmenorrhea with the Shaofu Zhuyu decoction plus ironing therapy

目的:观察内服外敷综合治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法:采用少腹逐瘀汤加味口服配合神阙穴熨烫治疗寒凝血瘀型痛经。结果:用药3个疗程,痊愈21例,好转10例,总有效率96.8%。结论:综合疗法治疗痛经疗效显著。

Objective：To observe clinical efficacy of TCM medicine on primary dysmenorrhea. Methods：The Shaofuzhuyu decoction plus Shenque acupoint pressing were used to treat dysmenorrhea. Results： In 3 courses of treatment, 21 cases were cured, 10 cases were improved, the total efficiency was 96.8%. Conclusion：The comprehensive therapy was effective on dysmenorrhea, showed good effects.
