化瘀通府祛粘汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的疗效

Clinical observation on treating adhesive intestinal obstruction with the Huayu Tongfu Quzhan decoction

目的:探讨化瘀通府祛粘汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻的临床疗效。方法:选取我院2007年3月-2012年12月间收治的68例粘连性肠梗阻患者,将其随机分为观察组和对照组,每组34例,观察组口服化瘀通府祛粘汤,对照组给予0.9%生理盐水1mL加0.5mg费美松注射足三里,比较两组患者治疗总有效率。结果:观察组治疗总有效率为94.1%,对照组为76.5%,两组比较差异明显(P<0.05)。结论:化瘀通府祛粘汤治疗粘连性肠梗阻疗效显著,值得推广。

Objective：To study clinical effects of the Huayu Tongfu Quzhan decoction on adhesive intestinal obstruction. Methods：68 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the observation group was given the Huayu Tongfu Quzhan decoction, the control group was given 1 mL 0.9%saline plus 0.5 mg Feimeisong injection at Zusanli. Results：The total efficacy in the observation group was 94.1%, obviously better than 76.5% in the control, the difference was statistically significant （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The Huayu Tongfu Quzhan decoction shows remarkable effects, and is worthy of clinical promotion.
