酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙托石散间隔联用治疗婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的疗效观察

Clinical observation on treating viral diarrhea in infants with clostridium butyricum powder plus montmorillonite powder

目的:探讨酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙托石散间隔联用治疗婴幼儿病毒性腹泻的临床疗效。方法:120例病毒性腹泻患儿随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例,对照组给予饮食调节、抗病毒以及维持水电解质、酸碱平衡等对症支持治疗,观察组同时给予酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙托石散间隔联用治疗。结果:观察组总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.01);观察组患儿体温、便性状、便次和便化验恢复正常时间均显著短于对照组(P<0.01);两组患儿治疗后血浆VIP水平和肠黏膜5-HT的表达明显下降,NPY水平明显提高,其中观察组各项指标变化与对照组比较有统计学差异(P<0.05);观察组患儿腹痛、肠鸣音异常、脱水及电解质紊乱等不良反应发生率均明显低于对照组(P<0.05或0.01)。结论:酪酸梭菌活菌散与蒙托石散间隔联用治疗婴幼儿病毒性腹泻疗效确切,不良反应少,值得临床推广。

Objective：To discuss clinical effects of clostridium butyricum powder together with montmorillonite powder on viral diarrhea in infants. Methods： 120 patients were randomly divided into the observation group （60 patients） and the control group （60 patients）, the control group was given supportive treatment, such as diet modification, anti-virus and maintaining water and electrolyte, acid-base balance;the observation group was given clostridium butyricum powder together with montmorillonite powder more. Results：The total efficiency in the observation group was significantly better than that in the control （P〈0.01）;clinical symptoms and data were improved in the observation better than that in the control （P〈0.05 or 0.01）. Conclusion：The efficacy of clostridium butyricum powder plus montmorillonite powder was confirmed with fewer side effects, and was worthy of clinical promotion.
