产前超声在诊断胎儿多种畸形中的价值

Clinical value of ultrasound on fetal malformation diagnosis

目的：探讨超声产前诊断胎儿畸形的价值。方法：选取我院2009年-2013年1237例年龄在20～42岁、平均28岁、18～40孕周的孕妇进行系统超声检查，观察胎儿整体结构、形态、姿势及运动等情况，对胎儿畸形进行筛查和诊断。结果：1237例胎儿检查获得满意的超声图像，占参检胎儿总数的99.37%，经引产或出生后证实的各种畸形48例，误诊1例，随访观察到产后7d。结论：产前超声能发现大多数的胎儿形态结构异常，它是诊断胎儿畸形的重要影像诊断方法。

Objective：To investigate the value of prenatal diagnosis on fetal malformation. Methods：1237 patients aged 20~42 years old, average age of 28, gestational age of 18~40 weeks were selected, ultrasonic examination was examined;fetal overall structure, shape, posture and movement were observed; fetal malformation was screened and diagnosed. Results： 1237 cases of fetal ultrasound image examination appeared satisfactory ultrasound image, accounting for 99.37%. 48 cases were caused by induction of labor or birth confirmed various malformation, 1 case for misdiagnosis, postpartum follow-up observed for 7d. Conclusion： Prenatal ultrasound could check most morphological structure of fetal anomalies;it is an important imaging diagnostic method for diagnosis of fetal malformation.
