中西医结合治疗急性鼻窦炎源性头痛的临床研究

Clinical research on treating acute sinusitis headache in the integrative medicine

目的:探讨中西医结合治疗急性鼻窦炎引起的头痛的临床疗效。方法:纳入符合标准的70例病例,分为治疗组和对照组,治疗组给予中药联合西药应用,对照组给予地塞米松片口服,其余所用西药与治疗组相同,比较两组缓解头痛、头胀、鼻塞流涕等症状的疗效。结果:治疗组有效33例,对照组有效31例,两组患者在用药后1、2、3、8周时总有效率比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。两组在治疗后1、2、8周时统计治疗有效的病人头部症状和鼻部症状消失时间(d)相比较,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:用中西医结合的方法治疗急性鼻窦炎,能更快地缓解头痛头胀、鼻塞流涕等症状。

Objective：To study clinical efficacy of the integrative medicine on acute sinusitis headache. Methods：70 cases were divided into treatment group and control group according to the inclusion criteria, the treatment group was given the integrative medicine;the control group was given dexamethasone tablets orally. Headache, head distension, stuffy nose and runny nose were relieved in two groups. Efficiency in two groups was compared. Results：33 cases in the treatment group and 31 cases in the control group were effective. Comparison on the total efficiency between two groups in 1, 2, 3, 8 weeks has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Comparison on the disappearing time of head and nasal symptoms between two groups in the treatment of 1, 2, 8 weeks has significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：The integrative medicine can quickly relieve headaches, stuffy nose and runny nose.
