手术加丹当合剂治疗瘢痕临床研究

A clinical study on treating scar by surgery plus the Dandang mixture

目的:探讨手术加丹当合剂治疗瘢痕的效果。方法:将140例瘢痕患者随机分成治疗组和对照组,对照组采用手术联合注射醋酸曲安奈德,治疗组采用手术后口服丹当合剂治疗。结果:治疗组治疗效果明显优于对照组。结论:中西医结合治疗瘢痕疗效确切,且无副作用,值得临床推广应用。

Objective： To explore clinical efficacy of surgery plus the Dandang mixture on scar. Methods： 140 patients were randomly divided into two groups, the control group was given western medicine, and another was given the integrative medicine. Results：The effects in the treatment group were obviously better. Conclusion： The integrative medicine has confirmed effects and without side effects, is worthy of clinical promotion.
