实脾饮加减治疗水肿临床疗效分析

A clinical analysis of treating edema with Shipi Yin

目的:观察实脾饮加减治疗肾病综合征水肿疗效。方法:选取96例肾病综合征水肿患者,随机分为对照组及治疗组。对照组给予标准激素治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上予实脾饮加减治疗。结果:治疗后与治疗前组内比较,两组的24h尿白蛋白及血白蛋白均明显下降(P<0.01),治疗后两组间比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05);治疗后两组总有效率比较,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:实脾饮加减治疗肾病肾病综合征水肿疗效确切。

Objective：To observe clinical effects of Shipi Yin on edema. Methods：96 patients were divided into two groups, the control was given standard hormone, and another was given Shipi Yin more. Results：After treatment, the 24h urine albumin and albumin in two groups were obviously decreased （P〈0.01）, and effects in the treatment group were better （P〈0.05）;the total efficiency in the treatment group was obviously better （P〈0.05）. Conclusion：Shipi Yin was good at treating edema.
