基于SWOT的我国铝行业发展策略研究

Study on development strategy of aluminum industry in China based on SWOT

对于我国铝行业来说,尽快解决产能过剩、能耗偏高、污染严重、高端产品发展滞后等问题,促进铝行业的可持续发展,是一项紧迫而艰巨的任务,这对铝行业发展策略研究提出了新挑战。运用SWOT法对我国铝行业发展状况进行分析,结合内部状况与外部环境为专家制定我国铝行业发展策略提供参考。

By solution of overcapacity,high energy consumption,serious pollution and slow development of top products,promoting aluminum industry sustainable development is urgency and onerous tasks for aluminum industry in China,and it is a new challenge for research of development strategy of aluminum industry. In this paper the development status of aluminum industry in China are analyzed by SWOT combining with internal conditions and external environment,and references are given for experts to make development strategy of aluminum industry.
