摘要
对碳热还原MgO进行了热力学计算,并研究了氟盐对MgO还原率的影响。结果表明在无催化剂的条件下,还原温度和时间分别为1500℃和60min时,MgO的还原率为67.05%,而氟盐的加入能大幅度提高MgO还原率,还原时间较长时CaF2的催化效果比MgF2的好。
The thermodynamic of carbothermal reduction of MgO was calculated and the influence of fluorides on MgO reduction rate was studied. The results showed that the MgO reduction rate was 67. 05% at 1500℃ and 60 min without catalysts,and adding fluorides could greatly improve the MgO reduction rate and the catalytic effect of CaF2 was better than MgF2 when the reaction time was longer.
