Research of Functional and Reliability Flight Test Requirement about Civil Transport Aircraft

民用运输类飞机功能和可靠性飞行试验是为确保航空器及其零部件和设备可靠且功能正常所必须进行的飞行试验,是取得型号合格证(TC证)和交付前的最后一项检查飞机有无安全风险的飞行活动。本文对民用飞机功能和可靠性试飞实施时的试飞内容、构型管理、手册评估、航线分配与飞行剖面等技术需求进行了分析和研究,对实施功能和可靠性试飞有指导和参考意义。

The function and reliability lfight test about civil transport aircraft must be conducted, and is to ensure that the aircraft and its components and equipments are reliable and function is normal. Function and reliability lfight test is the last lfight test before made TC and pre-delivery, which is to check whether the aircraft security risk. In this paper, the lfight test requirements of the lfight test subjects, conifguration management, manual assessment, route allocation and proifles of function and reliability lfight test about civil transport aircraft were analyzed and studied, and have a guide and reference sense to the functionality and reliability lfight test.
