摘要 从学界关于体育事业与体育产业关联的4种观点出发,对体育事业和体育产业进行界定,并从共同目标、体育产品的经济—社会双重属性、社会建设职能3个角度,深化认识体育事业与体育产业的内在关联,论证二者之间在我国新时期体育实践中的双轮驱动、协同发展有机关系。认为二者内在关联还有待于理论界的进一步探讨以及实践深入发展的践行和验证。体育产业与体育事业之间宜"求大同而存小异",在经济效益和社会效益之间寻求最佳的平衡,实现体育产品的政府、第三部门和企业的交叉供给,最大程度地实现体育的社会建设职能。 The author defines sports cause and sports industry from the educational world thinking about the four points of view of the association on sports cause and sports industry, and explores the interconnectedness of sports cause and sports industry on the basis of the common goal, economic and social double attributes of sports products, and social construction function. In the end,the author considers that the intercounectedness of the sports cause and sports industry should be a two-wheel drive and coordinated development of the organic relations in new period in our country' s sports practice. Their interconnectedness has still to be discussed by theoretical cycle and verified and fulfilled by practice. Sports cause must seek common points while reserving difference with sports industry and the conjunction point must be sought between eco- nomic benefit and social benefit. The sports goods should be supplied by government, NGO and enterprise to fulfill their social construction function for the sports.
