摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定四维钙片中维生素C、维生素B1和维生素B2含量的方法.方法:采用SHISEIDOC18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,以0.05%磷酸溶液(含0.005 mol·L-1己烷磺酸钠)-乙腈(88:12)为流动相,流速:1.0ml· min-1,检测波长:244 nm,柱温:30℃,进样量:20μm.结果:维生素C、维生素B1和维生素B2的线性范围分别为7.52~90.24 μg· ml-1(r=1.000 0),1.32 ~15.82 μg·ml-1(r=1.000 0)和1.27~15.24μg·ml-1 (r=1.000 0);平均回收率分别为101.63%、99.77%和100.25%,RSD分别为1.51%、1.48%和1.84%(n=9).结论:本法操作简便,结果准确、可靠,可用于四维钙片中维生素C、B1、B2的含量测定.
Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of vitamin C, vitamin BI and vitamin B2 in Siweigai tab- lets. Methods: A SHISEIDO Cls column ( 250 mm x 4.6 mm,5 txm) was used for the separation with 0.05 % phosphoric acid ( contai- ning 0.005 mol · L-1 sodium hexanesulfonate)-aeetonitrile (88: 12)as the mobile phase, and the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 244nm, the column temperature was 30℃ and the injection volume was 20 μl. Results: The linear ranges of vitamin C, vitamin B1 and vitamin B2 was 7.52-90.24 μg· ml-1( r = 1. 000 0), 1.32-15.82 μg. ml-1( r = 1. 000 0) and 1.27- 15.24 μg- ml-1 (r = 1.000 0), respectively. The average recovery was 101.63% , 99.77% and 100.25% with RSD of 1.51%, 1.48% and 1.84% ( n = 9 ) , respectively. Conclusion: The method is simple and accurate in the analysis of Siweigai tablets.
