高效毛细管电泳法测定泰瑞米特钠原料药的含量

Determination of Terrymitt Sodium Crude Drug by High Performance Capillary Electrophoresis

目的：建立高效毛细管电泳法测定泰瑞米特钠原料药的含量.方法：以乙酰苯胺为内标;采用石英毛细管拄;运行缓冲液：20 mmol·L-1磷酸二氢钠和10 mmol·L-1十二烷基硫酸钠的混合溶液（pH 6.5）;分离电压：20 kV;压力进样：50mbar,5.0s;柱温：20℃;检测波长：245 nm.结果：泰瑞米特钠在0.02～ 1.04 mg·ml-1浓度范围内线性关系良好,r =0.999 9;平均回收率为99.7％（RSD =0.6％,n=9）.结论：该方法简便、快速、准确,可控制泰瑞米特钠原料药的质量.

Objective： To establish an HPCE method for the content determination of terrymitt sodium crude drug. Methods： Ac- etanilide was used as the internal standard. An uncoated fused silica capillary column was used, the buffer was the mixed solution of 20 mmol · L-l sodium dihydrogen phosphate and 10 mmol ·L-l sodium dodecyl sulfate （pH 6.5 ）, the running voltage was 20kV, the sample was injected by pressure at 50mbar in 5s, the column temperature was 20℃ and the detection wavelength was 245nm. Results： The hnear range of terrymitt sodium was 0.02-1.04 mg · ml-1 （ r =0. 999 9 ）, the average recovery was 99.7% , and RSD was 0.6% （ n = 9）. Conclusion ： The method is proved to be simple, rapid and accurate, and can be used in the quality control of terrymitt sodi- um crude drug.
