摘要
目的:建立反相高效液相色谱测定前列癃闭通片中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定方法.方法:色谱柱为WEL TECHHisep C18-T(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm);流动相:乙腈-水(20:80)(用磷酸调节pH值至3);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:283nm;柱温:25℃,进样量:10 μl.结果:柚皮苷进样量在0.143~3.570 μg内呈良好的线性关系;新橙皮苷进样量在0.164 ~4.110 μg内呈良好的线性关系.两者的平均回收率分别为99.06%、98.40%,RSD分别为1.64%、1.29%(n=6).结论:该检测方法准确、可靠、重现性好,可用于前列癃闭通片中柚皮苷、新橙皮苷的含量测定.
Objective: To establish an RP-HPLC method for determining naringin and neohesperidin in Qianlielongbitong tablets. Methods: The column was a WEL TECH Hisep CIs-T (250 mm x4.6 mm, 5 μm) column with the temperature of 25℃, the mobile phase was acetonitrile-water (20: 80) (adjusting pH to 3 with phosphoric acid) with the flow rate of 1.0 ml · min-1. The detection wavelength was 283nm and the injection volume was 10μl. Results: The linear range of naringin was 0. 143-3. 570 μg. The linear range of neohesperidin was 0. 164-4.110 μg. The average recovery was 99.06% (RSD = 1.64% ) and 98.40% ( RSD = 1.29% ) ( n = 6), respectively. Conclusion: The detection method is accurate, reliable and reproducible, and can be used in the determination of naring/n and neohesperidin in Qianlielongbitong tablets.
