复合乳酸菌胶囊联合乳果糖口服液治疗功能性便秘的疗效及预防复发作用

Curative and Reoccurrence Preventive Effects of Lactobacillus Complex Capsules Combined with Lactulose Oral Solutions on Functional Constipation

目的:探讨复合乳酸菌胶囊联合乳果糖口服液治疗功能性便秘的疗效及预防复发作用。方法:功能性便秘患者86例随机分为观察组43例和对照组43例。对照组组患者予乳果糖口服液15 ml,po,tid,连用8周。观察组患者在此基础上加用复合乳酸菌胶囊0.66 g,po(餐后30 min温水服用),tid,连用8周。观察并比较两组患者的疗效及药物不良反应,比较治疗后随访6个月和1年内的复发率。结果:治疗8周后,观察组患者临床总有效率为95.35%,明显高于对照组的79.07%(P<0.05)。两组治疗期间药品不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。治疗后随访观察6个月和1年,观察组患者的复发率(19.51%和31.71%)均明显低于对照组(41.18%和58.82%)(P<0.05)。结论:复合乳酸菌胶囊在乳果糖口服液治疗功能性便秘的过程中具有良好的协同和增效作用,安全性较佳,并能降低其复发率,具有预防复发的作用。

Objective： To discuss curative and preventive effects of lactobacillus complex capsules combined with lactulose oral solutions on functional constipation. Methods ： Totally 86 cases of patients with functional constipation were divided into the observation group （n = 43 ） and the control group （n = 43 ）. The patients in the two groups were given 15ml lactulose oral solutions three times a day for 8 weeks. The patients in the observation group were additionally given 0.66g lactobacillus complex capsules three times a day, 30 minutes after the dinner with warm water for 8 weeks. Except for lactobacillus complex capsules, the patients in the control group were basically given the same medical treatment as that in the observation group. The curative effect and drug adverse re- actions （ADR） in the two groups were observed and compared, and the reoccurrence rates in 6-month and 1-year following-up after the medical treatment were compared as well. Results： After the 8-week medical treatment, the total clinical efficiency of the observation group was 95.35% , which was much higher than that of the control group （79.07%） （P 〈 0.05 ）. The ADR occurrence rates in the two groups showed no statistical differences （ P 〉 0.05 ）. According to 6-month and 1-year following-up after the medical treatment, the rates in the observation group （ 19.51% and 31.71% ） were much lower than those in the control group （41.18% and 58.82% ） （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Lactobacillus complex capsules play important roles of coordination and synergized function in the treatment of functional constipation with lactulose oral solutions, and the combination is with high security, which ~can reduce the rates with the reoccurrence preventive effect.
