摘要 目的:建立同时测定冰荷洗剂中主要活性成分苦参碱和氧化苦参碱含量的方法.方法:Hypersil NH2柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)色谱柱,乙腈.无水乙醇-3%磷酸溶液(80:10:10)为流动相,柱温:30℃,流速:1.0 ml· min-1,检测波长:220nm.结果:苦参碱质量在0.10 ~0.52 μg,氧化苦参碱质量在0.31 ~1.60μg范围内线性关系良好(r>0.999 8),平均回收率分别为100.2%和101.2%,RSD分别为1.8%和1.0%.结论:本法简便、准确,专属性强,重复性好,可作为冰荷洗剂中苦参碱与氧化苦参碱含量测定的方法. Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the determination of matrine and oxymatrine in Binghe lotion. Methods: The determination was carried out on a Hypersil NH2 column (200 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) with acetonitrile-ethanol-Phosphoric acid so- lution (80:10: 10) as the mobile phase, the detection wavelength was at 220 nm, the column temperature was 35 ℃, the flow rate was 1.0 ml · min-1. Results: A good linear relationship was shown within the range of 0. 1043.52 μg for Matrine and 0.3l-1.60 μg for Oxymatrine ( r 〉0. 9998) , respectively. The average recovery of the two components was 100.2% (RSD = 1.8% ) and 101.2% (RSD = I. 0% ), respectively. Conclusion : The method is simple and accurate with good repeatability and specificity, and can be used to determine matrinc and oxymatrine in Binghe lotion.
