摘要
目的:建立用高效液相色谱法测定藿香中胡薄荷酮含量的方法.方法:以甲醇-0.2%乙酸铵溶液(70:30)为流动相,Thermo BDS HYPERSIL C18(250 mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,检测波长为252 nm,流速1.0ml·min-1.结果:胡薄荷酮进样量在0.211~2.111 μg的浓度范围内线性关系良好,r=0.999 9(n =5),平均回收率为99.8%,RSD为1.2%.结论:该法结果准确、方法简便、分离度高,可用于藿香中胡薄荷酮的含量测定.
Objective : To establish the method for the determination of pulegone in Agastache rugosus by RP-HPLC. Methods : A Thermo BDS HYPERSIL Cls column (250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) was used. The mobile phase was composed of methanol-0.2% am- monium acetate(70: 30). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- 1 and the detection wavelength was 252nm. Results: The linear relationship was good when pulegone was within the range of 0. 211-2.111 μg( r = 0. 999 9, n = 5 ) and the average recovery was 99.8% ( RSD = 1.2% ). Conclusion: The method is simple, rapid and accurate, which can be used as the content determination of pulegone in Agastache rugosa.
