Ag-NORs tracing survey of leukemia in allogene immune transplantation therapy

目的 动态观测供者淋巴细胞输注治疗白血病患者外周血T淋巴细胞核仁组织者区 (NORs)相关蛋白的含量 ,以评估输注的T淋巴细胞在受者体内的存活及活性状况。方法 用KL型肿瘤免疫图像分析系统及配套细胞培养、银染等方法。结果 统计分析对比输注治疗前后不同阶段的NORs嗜银蛋白 (Ag NORs)值 ,表明预处理前与预处理后、输注后使用免疫抑制剂 10d ,其差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;预处理后与输注后所有阶段比较 ,差异均有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1) ;输注后与使用免疫抑制 10d、1个月后比较 ,差异有极显著性 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 Ag NORs检测可准确地反映供者淋巴细胞输注治疗白血病患者的细胞免疫状态 ,对于临床判断疗效、指导免疫抑制剂的使用。

Objective To determine the survival and activity of T lymphocyte in receptor after allogene hemopoietic stem cell transplantation by dynamic observation of leukemia peripheric T lymphocyte Ag NORs content in allogene immune trasplantation therapy. Methods Using KL tumor immunity image analyzer and correlative cell culture, argentaffin stain. Results The difference of Ag NORs contents at different stages in transplantation had a statistical signiffcance( P <0.01). Compared by Tukey statistical analysis, the differences between pre pretreatment stage and post pretreatment stage, and ten days after immunosuppressive therapy were statistical significant( P <0.01); the difference between post pretreatment stage and all stage after transplantation was statistical significant( P <0.01); the difference between post transplantation stage and ten days, one month after immunosuppressive therapy was statistical significant( P <0.01). Conclusion Ag NORs determination can accurately reflect the cellular immunity state of leukemia in allogene immune transplantation therapy. It is valuable in the judgment of therapeutic effect, immuno depressant application and individual therapy.
