Discussion about the Construction and Application of the Research Paradigm of Chinese Medical and Health System

摘要本研究以福利体制研究范式为依托尝试构建了医疗卫生体制研究范式,并将其应用于中国城市医疗卫生体系三个发展阶段的分析,探讨了各阶段的社会福利思想以及医疗卫生商品化或去商品化、公平性或不公平性的程度,识别出中国城市医疗卫生体制由国家医疗保障型体制向选择性医疗保障型体制进而又向选择性+剩余医疗保障型体制的转换。 Based on the research paradigm of welfare system, this paper is intended to construct the research paradigm of medical and health system and apply it into the analysis of the three development stages of Chian＇ s urban medical and health system. It discusses social welfare thoughts and the degree of commercialization, de-commercialization, fairness transformations of China＇ urban medical and health medical insurance system and then to selective plus or unfairness of health care and identifies the system from national health insurance system to selective surplus medical insurance system.
