摘要
按照规范要求浮顶储罐应在刮蜡机构、一二次密封及其他附件全部安装完后才能进行浮顶升降试验。试验后由于刮蜡板和密封紧贴壁板,不仅无法对密封和刮蜡板覆盖的壁板进行喷砂和涂装作业,而且在喷涂时由于周围被一二次密封封闭,增加了涂料喷涂的不安全性。实践证明,只要采取必要的措施,升降试验前先不安装密封和刮蜡机构的重锤;在升降试验时,通过增加浮顶限位控制装置、控制放水流速、控制浮顶和壁板之间的间隙来控制浮顶的偏移;浮顶升降试验完成后,先完成罐内的壁板下部和罐底板的防腐,然后再进行一二次密封和重锤的安装是可行的,既保证了防腐质量、施工进度,又保证了施工安全。为了便于在罐内和浮顶之间狭小的空间内进行防腐作业,从设计角度提出了在满足防腐要求的前提下,壁板内侧下部的防腐层高度不宜太高,同时对10×10~4m^3以上的浮顶储罐,应增加浮顶支柱的高度,使浮顶下表面中心点到罐底板的净距为1800mm。
The laboratory evaluation method and the results of the inhibitors currently used in the downstream process units of the refinery and G - inhibiter are studied. The types of corrosions in the low - temperature locations and corrosion inhibitor application in the downstream units of refinery system are introduced. The laboratory static weight - loss tests schemes were developed based upon standard SY/T 5273 - 2000 "Methods for Evaluation of Performance of Corrosion Inhibitors for Oil Field Production Water" , and all corrosion inhibitors used in the operation of downstream units and G - inhibitor were evaluated in respect of performance, including the investigation of corrosion inhibitor performances at different inhibitor concentrations in the acidic medium and different pH values in high inhibitor concentration. The corrosion inhibition performances of all corrosion inhibitors were analyzed and discussed based upon the laboratory evaluation data. The results show that, G - inhibiter exhibits good inhibition performances at two conditions. Under the conditions of different inhibitor concentrations in the acidic medium, the inhibition efficiency of G - inhibitor is 35.66% , and gradually rises with the rising of inhibiter concentration. Under different high - TAN and high - concentration conditions and when pH value is between 3.5 - 4. 0 and 6.5 - 7.0, the inhibition efficiency of G - inhibitor is 80.81% and 87.88% , respectively.
