摘要 介绍了真空绝热压力容器定期检验和评定过程中存在的问题,首先根据近年来的实际检验经验,结合TSG R7001-2013《压力容器定期检验规则》等相关规程、标准,马氏体组织引发的封头直边端开裂、夹层与气、液相接管连接的角焊缝泄漏、夹层真空失效是引发真空绝热压力容器失效的主要原因;其次结合失效原因,分析了定期检验过程中真空度测量及检验结果的判定进行了分析,然后就精确测量真空度的方法进行了研究,探讨了真空绝热压力容器的定期检验项目及检验结果的综合评定要求,并希望通过本文的研究工作,对真空绝热压力容器的检验方案的制定起到一定的指导作用。 The problems in the periodic inspection and assessment of the vacuum insulation pressure vessels are introduced. It is concluded from inspection experience of recent years and applicable codes and standards like TSG R7001 -2013 "Regulations of Pressure Vessels Periodical Inspection" that the causes of failure of vacuum insulation pressure vessel are the straight edge cracking of head induced by martensite, leaks of angle welds for the connection of interlayer and gas & liquid pipes and vacuum failure of interlayer. The results of measurement of vacuum and the inspection in the periodic inspection are analyzed, the measures for the precise measurement of vacuum are studied, and requirements of comprehensive evaluation of periodic inspection items and test results of vacuum insulation pressure vessels are explored. This will provide a guideline for the development of inspection schemes of vacuum insulation pressure vessels.
