基于CDM模型的信息服务业与制造业创新过程比较

Comparison Between Information Services and the Innovation Process of Manufacturing Based on CDM Model

本文在CDM模型的分析框架下,基于北京市海淀科技园企业年报的微观数据,对信息服务业创新过程与制造业进行比较研究,挖掘促进两个产业创新的关键要素,总结制造业和信息服务业内在的创新机理,并为两个产业的创新政策制定提供参考。研究发现:在信息服务业中新产品产出倾向与企业规模呈倒U型关系,而制造业中创新规模效益显著;信息服务业的知识密集特征显著,而制造业并不显著;在信息服务业中,国有企业从创新投入到创新产出的转化效率低下,而在制造业中,国有企业在创新投入阶段则表现出创新动力不足的问题。

Haidian science Park is the national innovation center of high-tech industry. The central government pursues to construct it as the national demonstration zone of transforming technological innovation resources into innovation ability. In this paper we explore and-compare the innovation process of manufacturing and information service industry based on the firm-level data of Haidian Science Park by using the model proposed by Cr6pon, Duguet and Mairesse （CDM）. We expect to find the common and different stories of the innovation process between manufacturing and information service industry. We find that in information service industry the relationship between firm size and the propensity of producing new product is inverted U shape, while in manufacturing the larger the firm is the higher the propensity of producing new product. Information service industry is knowledge-intensive while we didn＇t find the same result in manufacturing. Although in information service industry state-owned firms have similar innovation input intensity as other types of ownership firms, their innovative conversion efficiency is lowest, which means they have lower innovation efficiency. In Manufacturing state-owned firms lack motivation to carry out innovation on the first stage.
