Shantytown Reformation and Urban Interior Space Optimization:Spatial Economic Analysis of Liaoning Shantytown Renewal

在与国际社会贫民窟改造比较的基础上,分析辽宁省棚户区的形成原因与空间类型,概括总结辽宁省棚户区改造在城市空间优化方面的做法与经验,探讨棚户区改造对辽宁省城市内部空间结构和城市整体面貌的影响与效果。与国际社会贫民窟改造不同的是,辽宁省的棚户区改造坚持原地安置和异地安置相结合,通过整体分散、局部集中、个别混建的方式,合理安置贫民住区,探索出了一条打破贫困空间集聚的路径,进而优化了城市内部的空间结构,提升了城市的空间承载力。

Compared with slum reformation of other countries, this paper analyzes the forming reasons and spatial types of shantytowns in Liaoning Province, summarizes their practices and experiences in urban space optimization and discusses the effects and impacts of those measures towards the spatial structure and the overall urban outlook of the concerning cities in Liaoning Province. By means of both in-place and replace settlements featured with overall dispersion, local congregation and proper placement of low-income residents, Liaoning Province opened a different but outstanding path in the world to breaking tion of poverty, thereby optimized the spatial structure of the inner city and enhanced the the spatial aggregacarrying capacity of urban space.
