摘要
丁玲的《母亲》以辛亥革命为背景,讲述了一个传统女性在革命的辐射下完成现代转型的故事。这种对现代性转型的言说主要体现在三个方面:首先是男性的缺席,即宣告封建权威力量的名存实亡。其次是女性的站立,通过物质层面与土地割离从而走向城市、生理层面通过"放脚"获得健康的身体、精神层面转变为倾向革命的知识女性,从而完成了一场具有象征意义的破壳之役。最后是母亲角色的现代性建构,从老者本位到儿童本位的现代观念的自觉转变。小说用儿童视角让辛亥革命呈现出了冲淡的、陌生化的、画外音式的审美特征。
The Background of Dingling' s Mother was the 1911 Revolution. It tells a story of a traditional female who achieved a modern transformation under the radiation of revolution. This narrative of modernity transformation embodied in three levels: first, the absence of male proclaims the power of feudal authority is only existed in name; second, the female stands on her own feet, who complete this symbolic hatched cam- paign through three aspects: Materially, they are urbanizing via separation from land; Physically, via "free - feet" to get a healthy body; Spiritually, they turn into educated female who tend towards revolution. Finally is the modernity construction of mother' s role, a consciously transformation with modern notions from elder' s standard to children' s standard. Using a children' s view, the novel presents the 1911 Revolution with a diluent, estranged aesthetic features of narratage.
