基于全员生产效率视角的农业经营主体辨识

Comparing Agricultural Production Operators from the Perspective of Overall Production Efficiency

农业经营主体再次成为研究的热点,是坚持家庭经营还是推行规模经营成为争论的主要话题。通过比较分析小农、中农、家庭农场和农业企业的全员生产效率,发现农业生产的特殊性和劳动力使用导致了大规模经营主体全员生产效率低下。鉴于此,研究认为应该在坚持家庭经营为基本的前提下因地制宜发展适度规模经营,适当限制农业企业对大田粮食作物的经营,保障国家粮食安全。

Agricultural production operator has become a focus of research while heated debates are car-ried out on whether to stick to family operation or promote scale operation .This paper compares the overall pro-ductivity of farmers of small-scaled and medium-scaled farms,family farms and agro-enterprises.Research shows that the uniqueness of agricultural production and utilization of labor are the reasons why the overall pro -ductivity of scale operator is low .At last,this paper suggests that the government should fully respect the subject status of family operators ,develop various forms of moderate scale management ,and appropriately limit the en-terprises ’ management of field crop in order to ensure national food security .
