基于进化博弈的企业自主创新风险补偿系统进化研究 被引量:5

摘要 在对我国处于初级发展阶段的企业自主创新风险补偿系统三方主体的行为分析基础上,运用进化博弈理论和系统动力学理论,构建了企业自主创新风险补偿系统进化模型,进而通过算例模拟计算,分析了企业自主创新风险补偿系统的进化稳定性,并在此基础上,分析了政府风险补偿政策、企业自主创新意愿和社会风险分摊组织的风险分摊意愿对企业自主创新风险补偿系统进化的影响,论证了企业自主创新风险补偿政策的有效性和必要性,揭示了企业自主创新风险补偿系统的进化机理,提出了风险补偿政策与宣传引导政策协同推行的政策建议。 On the basis of three major entities behavioral analysis in enterprise independent innovation risk compensation system which is at an early stage of development in China, this paper structures enterprise independent innovation risk compensation system evolution model with evolutionary game theory and system dynamics theory. Then it analyzes the evolutionary stability of enterprise independent innovation risk compensation system by example simulation, and based on it, analyzes the effects of risk compensation policy, independent innovation will and risk-sharing will on the enterprise independent innovation risk compensation system evolution, proves the availability and necessity of enterprise independent innovation risk compensation policy, reveals the evolutionary mechanism of enterprise independent innovation risk compensation system, and proposes the policy proposals of carrying out the risk compensation policy and propaganda policy at the same time.
