摘要
在TIM理论框架下,探讨了中国组织情境下,权力距离对于员工沟通行为的影响机制,分析了权力距离、沟通焦虑和沟通满意感的三者关系,以及支持性领导行为对于权力距离效应的调节作用。通过来自三地231份有效样本的分析,沟通焦虑在权力距离和沟通满意感之间的部分中介关系得到了验证,支持性领导行为在权力距离和沟通焦虑之间起的调节作用也得到了证明。
Under the framework of TIM theory, this paper explored the affect mechanism of power distance on employee communication behavior in Chinese organizational context. The relationship among power distance, communication apprehension and communication satisfaction was analyzed, along with the moderation role of supportive leadership in power distance effect. With 231 samples, it mediation of communication apprehension between power distance and communication satisfaction and the moderation of leadership were validated.
