摘要
目的提高食品中致病菌检测能力。方法依据国家标准GB 4789.4-2010和GB/T 4789.7-2008,对代码为13-X287沙门菌和13-Y420副溶血性弧菌的考核样品进行检测鉴定。结果样品13-X287的检测结果为鼠伤寒沙门菌;样品13-Y420的检测结果为未检出副溶血性弧菌。结论 2个样品考核均取得满意结果,进口培养基的使用提高了检测结果的准确性和可靠性。
Objective To improve the ability of detecting the pathogens in food. Methods According to the national standards of GB 4789. 4- 2010 and GB /T 4789. 7- 2008,the codes of 13- X287 Salmonella and 13- Y420 Vibrio parahaemolyticus were detected and identified. Results Sample 13- X287 was Salmonella typhimurium; 13- Y420 was negative,Vibrio parahaemolyticus was not detected. Conclusion The results of examinations are satisfactory,the method of using imported medium improves the accuracy and reliability of test results.
