居民能源消费行为研究述评

A Research Review on Residents' Energy Consumption Behaviors

围绕居民能源消费行为的影响因素、引导政策、低碳(生活)消费、节能行为及节能措施和手段等问题,通过采取社会调查、模型构建和实证检验等研究方法,国内外学者在居民能源消费行为方面提出了一系列具有深远意义的观点和对策,但也存在一些亟待厘清和解决的争议性问题。充分考虑中国能源资源禀赋、经济发展阶段和特殊文化背景等因素,深入研究居民消费的内涵、本质及其环境属性,跨学科整合构建居民综合行为模型并进行实证检验,是我国引导和规范居民能源消费行为,优化能源供求结构和提高能源利用效率,加快转变能源利用方式和经济发展方式的重要方向。

Regarding the influence factors and policy guidance for residents' energy consumption behaviors,as well as the issues of low carbon(living) consumption,energy conservation actions,measures and methods,both domestic and international scholars,through the research methods of social survey,model building and empirical research,propose a series of profound views and countermeasures for residents' energy consumption behaviors. However,there are some controversial issues that need to be clarified and address. To guide and regulate the residents' energy consumption behaviors,optimize the energy supply structure,improve efficiency of energy use,and accelerate the transformation of the pattern of energy utilization and economic development,China should focus on the following:giving full considerations to the factors such as China's energy resource constraints,economic development stage and unique cultural background etc,carrying out in-depth studies on the connotation and essence of residents' consumption and its environmental attributes,building residents' comprehensive behavior model through interdisciplinary integration and carrying out empirical test.
