摘要
目前,我国食品安全的总体形势有所改善,但依然严峻。除了食品生产者生产条件简陋、从业者素质低外,食品安全监管部门的监管缺位及其渎职,食品安全违法犯罪处罚威慑力不够等也是食品安全存在隐患的因素。我国应加强法律规制,完善食品安全犯罪的相关惩处措施。
The overall situation of China's food safety has now improved,but the food safety situation remains grim. Besides poor production conditions for food producers and overall low quality of employees,other loopholes for food safety include lack of supervision by the food safety regulatory departments and their malfeasance,as well as lack of penalties for food safety crimes. China should strengthen its legal regulations and improve relevant punishment measures for food safety crimes.
