细缘唇瓢虫捕食桑白盾蚧功能反应与寻找效应 被引量:1

Study on predatory function response and searching efficiency of Chilocorus circumdatus (Gyllenhal) against Pseudaulacaspis pentagona Targioni

摘要 在实验室条件下,研究了细缘唇瓢虫成虫对桑白盾蚧雌成虫、卵和初孵若虫捕食的功能反应、寻找效应、干扰作用。结果表明,细缘唇瓢虫成虫捕食量与桑白盾蚧雌成虫、卵及初孵若虫密度呈负加速曲线关系,功能反应属HollingⅡ型。每头细缘唇瓢虫成虫对桑白盾蚧雌成虫、卵及初孵若虫日均最大捕食理论值分别为11.07头、140.91粒、65.00头。寻找效应与自身密度的关系可用HasseⅡ数学模型描述。由模型得出,1头细缘唇瓢虫成虫对桑白盾蚧雌成虫、卵和初孵若虫的最佳寻找密度分别为14.56头、61.5粒、28.22头。表明细缘唇瓢虫成虫对桑白盾蚧捕食潜力很大,其寻找效应均随着猎物密度的增加而降低,捕食率随着自身密度的增加而降低。 Incubated of predator functional response, searching efficiency, interference effects of adult, egg and young nymph of Chilocorus circumdaiu and Pseudaulacaspis pentagona were studied in laboratory. The results showed that relationship between preying amount of C. circumdatu and density of P. pentagona adult, egg and young nymph could be described as a negative accelerative curve with Holling type II of functional response. Maximum predation theory value of C. nipponicus adults preying amount against adult, egg and young nymph of P. pentagona were 11.07, 140.91 and 65.00, respectively. Relationship between searching efficiency and its density could be described as Hassell model. And based on the model, it can be deduced that best seeking density of P. pentagona adult, egg and young nymph to 1 C. circumdatu adult was 14.56, 61.5 and 28.22, respective]y. The results showed that C. circumdatu had hig potential at preying P, pentagona, and searching efficiency and predatory rate of C. circumdatu decreased with increase of density of P. pentagona, and itself.
