中西药结合治疗细菌性肺炎疗效观察

Curative effect observation on integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for bacterial pneumonia

目的观察中西药结合治疗细菌性肺炎的疗效。方法 120例细菌性肺炎患者随机分为西药组与中西药结合组,每组60例,比较两组疗效。结果西药组治愈最短22 d,最长36 d,平均治愈时间28.1 d;中西药结合组治愈最短16 d,最长26 d,平均治愈时间20.5 d。中西药结合组治愈时间明显少于西药组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论中西药结合疗效明显优于单纯西药治疗。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine for bacterial pneumonia.Methods Divided 120 cases of bacterial pneumonia into western medicine group and integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group, 60 cases in each group, clinical effects of two groups were compared.Results Cure time in western medicine group was 22~36 d, average of 28.1 d, integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was 16~26 d, average of 20.5 d, the cure time of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine group was less than western medicine group, differences were statistically significant between two groups（P〈0.01）.Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine is significantly better than the pure western medicine treatment for bacterial pneumonia.
