彩色多普勒超声诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变分析

Analysis of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions

目的探讨彩色多普勒超声在诊断糖尿病下肢血管病变中的应用价值。方法回顾性总结234例糖尿病患者彩色多普勒超声检查下肢动脉的结果,并与同期住院非糖尿病患者152例的检查结果相对照。结果超声检查结果显示糖尿病组234例患者下肢动脉硬化的发生率为91%,≥50%管腔狭窄的发生率49%,显著高于对照组,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论彩色多普勒超声可为糖尿病下肢血管病变诊断首选检查方法。

Objective To investigate the application value of color doppler ultrasound in diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions.Methods A retrospective summary was made for the examination results of 234 cases of diabetic patients’ lower limb artery inspected by color doppler ultrasound, and made a comparison with the examination results of 152 patients without diabetes in the same period in the hospital.Results The ultrasound results showed that the incidence of diabetes group with 234 cases of patients with lower limb arteriosclerosis was 91%, incidence of luminal stenosis≥50% was 49%, which was significantly higher than the control group. The difference between the two groups was statistically significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion Color doppler ultrasound could be applied as primary check method in diagnosis of diabetic lower extremity vascular lesions.
